Boating is becoming one of the most popular ways to experience Europe – and we can totally understand the appeal! I mean, why fight for elbow space to watch the sunset in Santorini, when you can enjoy your own exclusive sunset from the water?!
Europe has a stunning coastline which stretches for more than 68,000 km – that’s three times longer than the USA for context! And from boat rental in Corfu, to Croatia’s seaside fortresses from Game of Thrones, this is a unique continent to experience from the water.
European countries offer a huge range of boating options, from hiring motorboats, sailboats, catamarans, or yachts. Anyone can hire a boat, for any occasion, and nowadays it’s very accessible even for beginners to do so. Perhaps you’ve already got your heart set on island hopping in the Greek Islands, or sailing down the Seine past the Eiffel Tower, before some time in the French Riviera.
But even if you’ve already planned your next boating holiday, here’s a list for the one after that!

We’ve written a lot of different articles on ways to stay entertained while traveling; from staying entertained on road trips, long bus journey’s, and when you’re stuck at the airport because of a killer flight cancellations and delays.

Some lounges come with great inbuilt entertainment – cool games rooms, libraries, a la carte dining, and even spa centers. But some can be downright boring! A restful, quiet space to kick back in a comfy chair with some great food.
If that’s not enough to keep you entertained, here are some ideas for things to do, while still maintaining a respectful, quiet atmosphere for the other travelers who do just want their chair and their food.

Digitalization has made it possible for us to store a significant amount of personal and financial information online. As a result, we no longer need to worry about having the right paperwork and documents for travel, making travel even more convenient.
But with every good comes the bad. The more your personal information is accessible online, the more likely you are to become a victim of identity theft.
Identity theft occurs whenever someone else uses your personally identifiable information (PII) without your permission and with malicious intent. You may think that only naive people fall victim to identity thieves, but the unfortunate truth is that even the most cautious individuals are not immune to this risk. So how do you protect yourself?
