Blazing their own trail, and taking the hospitality industry by storm, MySuites&Co is taking a groundbreaking new approach to reshaping the boutique hotel scene. Setting a new standard in luxury hospitality, visionary Leonardo Annecca is using his creative flair to combine fashion with interior design, and is completely redesigning the industry – literally!
A boutique design and branding studio based out of New York City which focuses on new concept designs for hospitality, living spaces and lifestyle projects, M&Co collaborates with local designers to bridge the gap between boutique hotels and serviced apartments; their most recent project being MySuites Boutique Suites NYC.
Luxury serviced apartments complete with NYC flair, each suite in the MySuites collection is an original concept design created by local artists and designers from the city itself. Stepping away from the traditionally impersonal and boring design of serviced apartments, Annecca & team have recognized that the contemporary traveller is searching for something else.
The contemporary traveller is searching for something stylish and unique. They are searching for something trendy and distinctive, and are beginning to step away from hotel experiences which are impossible to tell apart. MySuites fills this gap.
In a recent interview with Boutique Hotel News, Annecca described this project as successful due to it’s simple design approach.
“MySuites has a simple design approach to make guests feel connected to the time and space that they are living in. Using different layouts, we aim to wrap our guests with a story that is connected to the three key elements – the building, the neighbourhood, and the city. Rather than making a global homogenous design, which we realised was not interesting anymore; we flipped it around and created every suite with different local designers, who were able to foster a sense of culture and express ideas in an inspiring way that represented New York lifestyle.”
But not only does M&Co complete the interior design of the suites themselves, but also the amenities. Their branding and unique signature is on everything from the walls to the boutique toiletries located inside their impeccably designed bathrooms. They also design postcards, posters and business cards which can be found throughout each suite.
Currently looking into other urban areas to expand their brand, it may not be long before M&Co also takes the London and Los Angeles markets by storm.
While it’s heart will remain in New York City, the brand is onto a concept which will surely soon see global success.

Amazing! I love staying in places that break the mold in terms of design! Those are the ones I remember and tell all of my friends about!
They’re really onto something over at M&Co. I can see their concept really taking off! I mean, who really wants to stay in a cookie-cutter hotel when something like this is available?!
