We were on a spectacular scenic flight over Australia’s South East Coast, with breathtaking views over the Blue Mountains, Wollongong beach, and Sydney’s iconic skyline which stretched out in the distance. Though it was difficult to enjoy the view with a stomach full of nerves. Difficult to fully appreciate the scenery outside when we knew we were about to become part of it.
Because this wasn’t your average scenic flight. 7 of us were seated on top of each other in a tiny prop plane, each strapped to a beautiful stranger, and as soon as the plane hit 14,000 feet we would be taking the quickest route back down to the ground. Free falling at 200 kph after having jumped from a perfectly good plane. Where to skydive in Sydney
The air rushes into your face and your heart starts racing. As the adrenalin rush kicks in, you feel like you’re floating on a cushion of air. The silence is amazing, the view is sensational, and as the initial shock of the free fall quickly wears off your fear disappears, replaced with an intense and exhilarating thrill of soaring through the air. This is sky diving. Sydney skydive Australia skydiving

You crazy nut!
But it does seem you enjoyed it.
FAR OUT lady! You are seriously amazing. I love your zest for life. You make me wanna be fabulous, break out of my shell and really do something crazy, like fling myself out of a plane. Proud of you! Thanks for being so inspiring. xo
Awesome! I love those skydiving photos. I went skydiving in New Zealand a couple of years ago even though I’m scared of heights sometimes. It was scary sitting on the edge of the plane but then I loved every second of it.
I would be too terrified to do jump out of a plane even for free. My husband on the other hand, would love this! And yet another reason to visit Australia.
I paraglided over the Neuschwanstein castle in Germany. It was SOOO crazy. My legs were still wobbling from adrenaline as we landed. Can’t wait to skydive one day!
Meg…Your face in those photos has just totally made my day haha!I gotta add this to the bucket list! Good job girl!
That’s so awesome that’s they’re doing some free rounds in November! Wish I was in Australia to catch that. I love the concept of the campaign too! Reconnecting in real life whilst skydiving sounds like the answer! I cannot wait to do this. Honestly, I’d probably sky dive first before bungee jumping!
Recently one of my friend did this and i was in awe. Now here comes your post with awesome pics. Feel great for you that you did it.
How fun! this is the first time I read a post from you! and I’m going to follow you guys!
My family loves skydiving but falling for fun just isn’t my thing. I love the pictures though.
Amazing! It’s pretty much the last thing I feel like I would do, too damn scared but you never know. One thing I always wonder is how you can breathe with the wind hitting you so much? I’ve climbed mountains where its so windy at the top you have to bury your face in something in order to breathe, I figure skydiving would be like that but even worse. True??
Amazing! I watched the film thinking how scared I would be doing something like that :D
I used to dream about skydiving, but then something changed and when I was finally able to afford it I decided I’m to scared.
I might try one day, but for now I’m just jealous of other people doing that :D
I’m so scared to skydive! Next year is my 40th and I have this vision that I want to do something new every month of the year.. After reading about this, I was wondering if I should put this on my list… eek!!
That looks so much fun but I do have to ask, how the heck do you manage to take a smiling selfie on the way down?
Skydiving over Sydney really looks like great fun! I just wonder how my stomach will react to that though…not ready to jump out of the plane…due to my fear of heights…but slowly working on it. I did some Jungle surfing and tree tops in Queensland. Now the next step I think I have to start with some indoor skydiving to get familiar with the real thing, a free-fall of 14thousands feet. :-) Congrats!
ahhh I so wish I was in Australia right now! I would absolutely sign up! It sounds terrifying but at the same time I know it is probably as thrilling as you said.
That looks thrilling! You looked like you were having a lot of fun in the video.
Awesome video! This looks like a (literally) breath-taking and exciting experience in Sydney that one can’t get from any other type of sight-seeing!
